DAMIEN MINEHAN

Clinical Psychologist

Mr Minehan has been practising as a registered psychologist in Tasmania since 2000 and provides psychological assessment services for adults and children involved in criminal matters. Mr Minehan has provided assessments and opinions in relation to pre-sentence matters, mitigation, Verdins, defences under Section 16 of the Criminal Code Act, Fitness to Stand Trial, doli incapax and Dangerous Criminal declarations and reviews. Mr Minehan has also provided assessments and opinion for the Tasmanian Parole Board and Coroners Court. Mr Minehan has been called upon as an expert witness for numerous matters in the Supreme Court, Magistrates Court, Magistrates Court (Children's Division) and Federal Circuit Court (Family Law).
